How old do I have to be to become a member?
The Justdate.com service is for adults only (you must be at least 18 years of age). Minors may not become members. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Does it cost anything to join?
You can become a Standard Member for free. You will be able to log into your own account area, post your profile, search or browse our database, and view profiles and pictures of all our members.

Registration & Login

How do I become a member?
To become a member click here and complete the registration process. You will need to verify your email address during the registration process.

I forgot my login details. Can you tell me what it is?
Click here and enter your username or email address that you used when you registered. We will then send your login information to you by email.

How do I change my password or email address?
After signing in, click on "Account Info" in the side navigation. Here you can make changes to your password and email address.

Billing Questions

Will my credit card be automatically re-billed?
No, unlike some other dating sites, we will not automatically re-bill your card. Your card will be billed once only for your subscription, you will then revert back to being a Standard Member once your Premier Membership expires. You can then upgrade again at any time should you wish to do so, by repeating the subscription process in the members area.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and JCB. Members can also pay via PayPal.com.

What currencies do you accept?
All payments will be settled in British Pounds (GBP).

Will my card details and personal info be safe?
All credit card transactions are SSL encrypted. All data is considered of a private nature and will not be disclosed. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Online Dating

Is online dating cheaper than using an offline agency?
Yes. Our online matchmaking service is much cheaper than using an offline dating agency.

Does online dating really work?
Yes. We will soon be posting a few of the many emails we have received from our satisfied members.

My Profile

How long will it take for my profile to be posted?
All profiles are reviewed for appropriate content prior to posting. We post all approved profiles as soon as possible, often within a few minutes of the profile being submitted. Please allow up to 24 hours during busy periods.

How do I change my profile?
To edit your profile go to "My Profile" in the members area. You will then be able to change any of your information.

Can I view my own profile?
Yes. To view your own profile, sign in, then click on "My Profile" and choose the "Preview Profile" option. Alternatively, you could search or browse the site to find your profile.

Do you censor words?
Yes. We censor fowl language. Profiles may have *** asterisks in them if you have used a censored word. We also censor use of personal emails.

Photos, Video & Audio

How do I post my photo(s)?
After signing in go to "My Profile" on the member homepage. Choose "Upload Photo" from the available options and follow the simple instructions.

Do I have to pay to upload a photo or video clip?
No. We do not charge to upload your pics or video clips.

How many photos can I upload?
You can upload up to 5 pictures of yourself. Please make sure the photos have been taken recently.

What format do my photos / video clips have to be in?
Photos must be in GIF or JPEG format and must be no larger than 100 kilobytes. Video clips must be in MPEG or AVI format. The maximum size video you can upload is 1MB.

What is Matchfinder?
Matchfinder is a free email notification system featuring profiles of members who have recently joined our network and match the search criteria specified.

Contacting Members

How do I communicate with other members?
You will need to be a member with a profile to communicate with other members. You will also need to upgrade to Premier Membership, please see our Membership page.

Can I block certain members?
Yes. You can block other members from communicating with you in the members area.
